Once the iPhone is unlocked, it grants that ability to take the phone overseas and use it with different carriers. This also means that a different language may be required for enhanced productivity. Now there is a way to add Hebrew to your iPhone. The instructions are in Hebrew and provided by iPhones.co.il (here).
