Build a remote trigger for your camera

Have you ever wanted to take pictures without having to stand by the camera? With a remote trigger, you can set up shots and have new picture opportunities. Imagine being able to set up your camera for a picture without the need to stand by it to press the shutter button. Would that give you new ideas and freedom for pictures? Probably would.

Making a remote trigger for your camera is not an easy task, but if you have spare time, patience, and desire, it is possible to do it yourself. DIYHappy provides a PDF manual (here) with directions to build different camera triggers, such as: wired remote, delay, and interval. Within this manual, you will also find instruction to both extend the remote and connect it with a point-and-shoot camera.

If you have decided to take on this task, let us know how it went.
