We were thinking we should cut Windows some slack. The video below shows a funny, yet creative approach of an unsatisfied customer installing the Vista operating system in just 2 minutes. (Don’t try this at home)
As a reaction, other Youtube users replied with a respectful applause. You may find some of the replies under the search results (here). This proves the golden rule of customer service: if your customers are satisfied they will tell a friend or two, when they are not they will tell 10-20. In this case, the Internet had a magnifying effect.

This made me laugh out loud. I upgraded to Vista and yes, it was a very long 4 days. I actually like it, but then again, I have a penchant for new and shiny.
On the other hand, I would switch to Linux or something like that if I could, in a heartbeat.

Hello Neece, great to see you again. I just bought a brand new shiny mac and am very satisfied with it. Although I am somewhat intrigued by Linux.
