Guitar with LCD Visualizes Your Music

When listening to music on our computers, it is pretty fun to have some visualization presented while the music is playing. A wonderful hack was created with the LCDetar, which attached an LCD screen to a functional guitar.

The LCDetar hack installs a screen within the actual guitar, so as a person is playing, rocking out, or just toying around, different visualization patterns are presented for the audience to see.

I guess it would be really cool to have a great view presented with awesome guitar playing, but if the actual musician is not any good, I am not sure the visualizations would be enough to captivate the audience.

The video below shows the guitar and LCD hack in action.
