PSP 3000: Another Great Portable Gaming Console from Sony

The upcoming Sony PSP 3000, the newest upgraded Sony Playstation Portable, is making its US, Europe, and Japan release in October. After only a year since the PSP 2000 model European release, a cool new upgraded model is launched with additional features that would make many flock to get the new Playstation Portable and make current PSP fans crave the new PSP 3000 model.

The PSP overall has granted many many hours of fun to its users by its great library of games, ability to watch movies, and simply an efficient and fun portable video game console. As it progresses, it continues to add many features which make it even more attractive to have, and actually a worthy choice for your money.

The current PSP 2000 (Playstation Portable Slim and Lite) was also touched up to its predecessor by making it lighter, slimmer, enhanced Wifi connectivity, and added a practical video-out, so you can easily connect it to a TV to play games or watch movies. Prior to the last feature, individuals had to install a PSP TV Tuner by themselves which was a heck of a task including possible hazards to your PSP. Moreover, the PSP 2000 moved a few important components around, making it a lot easier to use also providing an increased usability factor.

The new Playstation Portable, PSP 3000, may not add as many upgrades as the prior increase but still gives us a few goodies. The two main features are an even greater LCD screen that reduces glare and provides a better response time for games. In addition, a built in microphone is included, making those possible Skype chats a lot easier, convenient, and fun. The installed Mic also allows for developers to integrate it within upcoming games, so players can interact on the PSP as they play the games. Of course, this is a real highlight, because it is a portable console, so no additional accessory to carry with you.

The TV out option has also been improved, so you may connect the Playstation Portable 3000 to non-progressive Television, unlike the prior model only working with…you guessed it, Progressive TV’s.
