R Rated Gadgets: Wolverine Blow Up Toy

While we all wait for the ultimate Wolverine movie to come out, there are many toys and gadgets we can get our hands on, but this blow up doll is considerably R-Rated.
At first glance, this Wolverine gadget is harmless, besides the violence or anger the X Men character implies. But take a look again! This is supposed to be a simply and fun toy for kids to play box with, but you expect them to blow it up how? or more likely…where?
I’m not sure if the maker did so purposely or it was an accident by an innocent designer, either way, many would probably prefer going to the film then leave their kids alone with this Logan. I mean, what if the it needs inflating, and there is no adult supervision?
