This Hexapod Robot is ant inspired…it doesn’t mean it is ant sized. It looks amazingly beautiful and detailed with its abdomen, 6 legs, and a head created of a pair of mandibles.

Unlike the previous Dancing Hexapod Robot, this one is not happily entertaining the audience, but is extremely imaginative and more than a little scary. It could make an amazing horror movie prop for old B Sides movies titled Robot Ant takes over the World or Robot Ants on Mars.

Until such a movie comes out, we have this short but great video of the Hexapod Robot which is made as a giant Ant.
