Super Mario and Link Bowling Pins Art
11 Comments By Eran Abramson on September 25th, 2009 in Arts and CraftsThis version of Mario from Super Mario Brothers and Link from the Legend of Zelda as Bowling Pin art must be the most bizarre I have ever seen, but I must also admit it is highly creative and entertaining.
Created by Dax Norman, these two 8 Bit compadres as he calls them aren’t as cute as we remember from the games, but then again, reality sells. In these versions, Link seems a little more troubled and frustrated then the games, and Mario on the hand looks a little over worked and in need of a close shave.
Moreover, Super Mario’s belly seems just about right and Link’s on the other hand doesn’t stand up to what we remember of the fearless hero.
Great job Dax on such cool Bowling pin art and the way to make the two popular Nintendo characters together in the real world.
For other cool presentations of Mario, check out the Super Mario Fire Hydrant, the Mario and Luigi Feet Tattoos and also the Super Mario Bros Corset.
