While almost all people like the green lawns, not all people love to trim them off. We had discussed earlier about a Robotic Electric Lawnmower Design called Muwi, however it is still just a design and we haven’t got to see it in the real world. On the other hand, this AutoMower is just what a lazy Gardner would love. This solar powered Lawn Mower is Eco-friendly and pet friendly too. It is powered by solar energy and has zero carbon emission and about near zero noise pollution.
The AutoMower is said to be the first green mower which is best user friendly. It is designed to move about freely on a pre-wired green lawn, ensuring that the AutoMower doesn’t ruin any of the flower beds and other areas where it is not supposed to Mow. It also makes sure that the AutoMower cuts the glass about the pre-fed specifications.
The AutoMower costs a whooping $3,100 and is said to be first of its kind. 10 hours of continuous charging from the solar energy enable it to trim a quarter of a one acre garden.
When it runs of solar power, it draws the juice to run itself from its charging station leaving no carbon footprints.
